How do I see prices on your website ?

Mandarin Arts Ltd are wholesalers and this is a trade only website. As our products are not available direct to the public through this website, there are no prices displayed. To view Mandarin Arts' wholesale prices and place orders using this website, you will first need to register with us.

How do I register for a trade account ?

To register with us click here and complete the form.

We will review your information and you will receive a username and password which can be entered into the ‘Login’ box at the top of any page.

 

Do you have a minimum order ?

Mandarin Arts' minimum order is just £175 excluding VAT and delivery.

 

Can you deliver my order ?

Most orders are despatched from our warehouse by courier on an overnight delivery service. We currently use DPD for the majority of deliveries and in conjunction with them, you can be advised by text or email to confirm despatch of your order and the expected delivery time of your order.

Larger orders and orders including furniture items are usually despatched with a freight carrier. These normally take 2-3 days to delivery and we can request the delivery company to call and 'book in' the delivery with you.

 

Do you charge for delivery ?

Yes we do, although orders for lamps and giftware over £400 are despatched carriage free to UK mainland addresses. Further details can be found on the Delivery page.

 

Where do you deliver to ?

We will deliver our range throughout Europe. We have rates displayed on our Deliveries & Returns page for the UK and neighbouring countries. For other countries, we can provide a quotation on request. You can submit an order (without obligation) by selecting 'Request Quotation' at the checkout. For all export orders, please include your VAT registration number and EORI number in the Order Notes.

 

How long will it take to receive my order ?

We aim to have most orders with customers within two to three days of the order date. However, it can take a few days longer during busy times and to remote or overseas locations. If you have a specific requirement with delivery then please let us know as soon as possible. Add a note to your order, or give us a call.

 

Can I collect my order ?

Yes, you can arrange to collect your order from our warehouse near Crickhowell. If you place your order before your visit, we can have it ready and waiting for you. You are welcome to check stock before you leave, to look at our showroom displays while you are here and make additions to your order. Orders collected from our warehouse will benefit from a modest collection discount.

 

Do you have a showroom ?

Yes, we have showrooms adjacent to our warehouse near Crickhowell. Showrooms are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm. Please call or email in advance if you're planning to pay us a visit. While most times are convenient, there are occasions when we are unable to open our showrooms. Visitors may place an order and wait while it is collected or arrange to call back later to collect. Orders collected from our warehouse will benefit from a modest collection discount.


Are all Mandarin Arts products out on display in your showroom ?

Sadly we don't have space to display everything at the same time. Visitors to our showroom will have the opportunity to see many of our oriental gifts, lamps and furniture in a display setting. Where space is limited, we will have a selection on display but will gladly make available any particular line that you would like to see. Also displayed is a selection of discontinued lines, seconds and samples.


What methods of payment do you accept ?

We can accept payment by any of the following methods:-

  • BACS Bank Transfer. Please use your order number as reference and remit to our bank account at The Co-operative Bank.

  • Debit Card by phone or online

  • Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) by phone or online

  • Cheque payable to Mandarin Arts Ltd (not available when collecting orders)

  • Cash (only available when collecting orders)

 

Do you offer credit terms?

Once a customer has completed two orders, they may apply for a credit account. If this is required, please download, complete and return a copy of our credit account application form. We will consult a credit reference agency and take up referees and cannot guarantee acceptance of your application.

 

Do you use RRP?

Our products are used and sold in a wide variety of settings and each retailer is free to set their own price. All of Mandarin Arts' lines are available through our own retail site at our prevailing recommended retail price but they may be available at reduced prices from other retailers.
 

Are your products barcoded?

Mandarin Arts products are not supplied with UPC / EAN / GTIN numbers or barcodes. This makes them suitable for customers to apply their own branding to the product. By arrangement, it may be possible to deliver goods with your own barcode or label already applied.
 

Can I sell your products online?

You can add our products to your website. We do not encourage the sale of our products through copycat or piggyback listings on Amazon, Ebay or similar multi-retailer networks.


Can I return faulty items?

Yes, if you have goods that are damaged or faulty you must let us know. If there is an issue with a product on your delivery then please contact us on 01873 812255 or email us in the first instance. All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt and if possible, email us a picture of any damage or quality issues. This will help us appreciate the issue, allow us to offer advice and identify any product issues.

 

Do you offer a Dropship service ?

We offer a dropship service with selected customers. Please call us for further details.

 

Are any discounts available ?

We consider that goods throughout our range are competitively priced. We offer a discount by way of paying for the delivery of your order as the size of your order increases. The only further discount we can give is if you buy large quantities of our products with regular orders in excess of £2000 . From time to time, we make special offers available on particular products or ranges. Make sure you are registered to receive our newsletter in order to receive notification of these special discounts.
